E-mail Distribution: We further protect your privacy and e-mail security in general by requiring that new subscribers to our e-mail list "confirm" or "verify" their subscription request. This prevents people from harassing others by subscribing them to something they may not want. When you subscribe, we send a message asking you to confirm your subscription. You must click the link in this message before your subscription will be activated. Of course, you may always "unsubscribe" at any time: there is a link at the bottom of every e-mail from us to make it easy.

In addition, since our company's formation in 1983, it has also been our policy to never sell customer postal addresses, either. We miss out on profit opportunities by not selling our customer addresses, but that's how we want to be treated by the companies we do business with, so that's how we treat our customers. Simple, eh?

Comments and Survey Responses: All comments, whether sent by e-mail or posted on this site, become the property of ThisIsTrue.Inc and may be published. Comments will be published at our sole discretion. Once published, any editing of comments shall also be at our sole discretion, including removing comments for any reason. Comments on the site will be removed in the case of spam, off-topic posts, "flaming", invasion of others' privacy or other legal reasons, or if they do not materially contribute to the discussion at hand (which will be determined solely by us). We ask that you include your first name and e-mail address, but we will not publish what's put into the e-mail address box.

Like other comments, survey responses may be published online, incorporated into reports or other products, or used in other ways, and if used, may include your first name and general location, and may or may not be edited at our sole discretion.

Cookies: The site -- and our e-mail service provider -- may use cookies or "web beacons" to track your activity. We don't anticipate showing third-party advertising on this site. If that changes in the future, advertisers will probably also use cookies to track your response to ads.

Order Entry Security: ThisIsTrue.inc uses industry-standard SSL security on all our online order forms. Orders will show on your credit card statement or Paypal history as "Mastermind Source" (or "MASTERMINDSOURCE.COM") and/or "This is True" (or "THISISTRUE.COM").

Refund Policy: All actual products (such as reports) have a 90-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, explain the problem via our Contact Form on this site. Memberships in our online groups require ongoing (or "recurring") payment on a monthly or quarterly basis. You may cancel such memberships at any time by providing clear instructions via our Contact Form or by following the instructions in your renewal notice, and you will not be charged again. There are no refunds on your unused term should you quit before your already-paid month or quarter is up.

Guarantees: Actual products (such as reports) are guaranteed to meet your expectations, and you have 90 days to decide this -- and if not, you may request a refund as noted above. We do not guarantee that how you apply the information we provide you (whether in a group, via consulting, or in a seminar) will make you "successful" or meet your specific needs.
